No-Mindedness

無心 (mushin)

The Japanese word 無心 is commonly translated as "No-Mindedness" or, literally, "no mind" and is composed of the kanji (read mu) meaning "no; nothingness" and (read shin) meaning "heart; mind; spirit". mushin is a frame of mind when one is clear of obstructive thoughts and one can completely focus.

This artwork is the perfect gift for the Zen practitioner or the Martial Artist in your life.
