This Biblical quote is from Psalms 118:114. Note that the Bible uses Lord (shu) almost exclusively to translate "Lord". Japanese does not have upper and lower case to distinquish, for example, "lord" from "Lord" and so context is important. %89%E4%82%AA (read waga) is one way of saying "my" or "mine". And finally for strength is Strength (chikara).
