永遠に心の中に (eien ni kokoro no naka ni)
The Japanese phrase 永遠に心の中に is composed of the words 永遠 (read eien) meaning "forever; eternity", 心 (read kokoro) meaning "heart, mind" and 中 (read naka) meaning "inside; in". Japanese often leaves out the subject and the object of the verb when it is implied. In this case "My" is omitted. For a translation with "My" explicitly stated see Forever in My Heart (eien ni watashi no kokoro ni).
This artwork is a perfect wedding gift or paper anniversary gift and is a beautiful visual reminder of that special someone's place in your heart.
